Site Agent – Highways & Civil Project Lead

Capita is seeking a Site Agent to lead on-site delivery of highways and civil engineering projects across North Tyneside. You will oversee site teams, ensure safe, efficient, and commercially sound delivery, and report to the Senior Project Manager for fixed-term work.

This role requires strong leadership, cost control, risk management, and a solid track record in site management within construction or highways, with CSCS and SMSTS qualifications and a full UK driving licence.
