Electrical Project Lead (Associate Director Level) – Data Centre Projectnn Tier One Main Contractornn West Londonnn Up to £120,000 + Comprehensive PackagennA leading Tier One Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join its high-performing team, delivering a flagship data centre project in West London. This is a senior, client-facing role at Associate Director level, offering the opportunity to lead complex, high-value works within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.nnThe successful candidate will take full ownership of the electrical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.nnKey Responsibilities:nnLead the electrical delivery strategy across a major data centre projectnManage and coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsnOversee design development, technical reviews, and value engineering processesnEnsure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulationsnDrive programme performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesnAct as the primary electrical lead in client and stakeholder meetingsnSupport commercial teams in cost control, procurement, and reportingnProvide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and site teamsKey Requirements:nnProven track record in delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projectsnExtensive experience in a senior electrical leadership role within a Tier One or major contractor environmentnStrong technical expertise across electrical systems, commissioning, and integrationnExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsnAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentnRelevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)What’s on Offer:nnCompetitive salary up to £120,000nAttractive benefits package including bonus, car allowance, pension, and healthcarenOpportunity to work on a landmark project with a globally recognised contractornClear pathway for further progression within a growing data centre divisionThis is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and experienced electrical professional to take on a pivotal leadership role within a prestigious project and organisation
