Senior Patient Safety & Learning Lead

Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Manager, an internal vacancy working 7.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will lead a safety investigations service across the Trust and provide guidance to the Learning Response Leads, investigators and Care Group managers.

Key duties include oversight of incident management, developing the Learning Response Team, and ensuring investigations follow PSIRF methodologies while driving learning and safety improvements.
