Description

Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager and Service Manager to join their company. The role involves managing the delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to the company’s margin, timescale and quality standards. You will develop and maintain trusting relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and serve as the single point of contact for SLA management for all service related issues.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Oversee the delivery of multiple IT projects with a business-critical real-time/online systems focus.
• Apply formal project management methodologies such as Prince II, MSP or other approved methods.
• Maintain full delivery and financial responsibility to satisfy internal and external customers.
• Present technical, operational and commercial information to customers at all levels.
• Manage day-to-day SLA and OLA operations and underlying contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing systems development/integration projects, especially business-critical real-time or online systems.
• Successful track record of delivering multiple IT projects using a formal method.
• Full delivery and financial responsibility with internal and external customers.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proven experience in daily management of SLAs, OLAs and contracts.
• Airline industry experience (desirable).
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles (desirable).
• Proven experience in an IT operational role (desirable).
