Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for Automated Machinery

Basildon-based manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join the design team in South Essex. You will collaborate across departments to deliver high-value mechanical designs, drawings, and documentation for automated machinery projects.

Working alongside mechanical, electrical, and projects teams, you’ll oversee the full design lifecycle, update drawings for upgrades or modifications, and ensure drawing control and revision practices meet BS 8888 standards.
