You Will
- Lead shifts, supervise staff, and act as a senior point of contact in the absence of management
- Support the implementation of trauma‑informed routines, care plans, and behaviour support strategies
- Work across various homes as needed, ensuring each is compliant and emotionally safe for future placements
- Maintain strong safeguarding practice and contribute to audits and quality assurance
- Offer coaching, feedback, and encouragement to support workers and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
