Youth Safeguarding & Exploitation Support Worker

Somerset Council is recruiting two fixed-term specialists for the county-wide exploitation team. You will work one-to-one with young people and their families using relationship-based practice to help keep children safe, reduce risk of exploitation and support safety planning.

The role involves collaboration with Social Care, Family Intervention and Youth Justice Services to deliver the best outcomes for children and young people.
