Care Support Worker — Virtual Open Day & Growth Paths

Swanton Care and Community in Scotland is hosting a Virtual Recruitment Open Day for Drummond Lodge in Doune to explore opportunities as a Support Worker. The session will cover the role, the team, and how to apply, with two sessions on 28 July 2026 at 11:00–12:00 and 18:00–19:00.

Full training is provided; prior care experience is helpful but not essential. Successful candidates will support adults with learning disabilities, promote independence, and work as part of a supportive team.
