Role: Studio Managern Location: Nottingham n Salary: Dependent on experiencennWe are looking for a highly organised production coordinator to support the delivery of still and moving image campaigns within a fast-paced studio environment, working on a confidential, high-profile brand account.nnThe role of studio manager will involve acting as a pivotal point of contact within a busy studio environment, as well as:nnOverseeing end-to-end production delivery from brief to final outputnOversee all aspects of content production from initial brief through to final deliverynManaging and booking models, locations and managing contractsnAct as the central coordination point within a busy studio environmentnPlanning schedules, call sheets and shoot timelinesnManaging budgets, tracking commercials and reportingnRaising invoices and purchase orders; processing projects through CRM systemsnHiring crew, negotiating supplier contracts and onboarding freelancersnScout, assess and secure suitable shoot locationsnCoordinating logistics including locations, travel, transport and accommodationnPreparing RAMs and ensuring health & safety compliancenActing as a key coordination point across studio, creative and project teams The Ideal candidate will have nnProven experience in production, studio or project coordination within photography or film or events nStrong administration skills in a fast-paced environmentnExperience managing budgets and production schedulesnKnowledge of crew sourcing, supplier management and logisticsnExcellent communication and organisational skillsnA full UK driving licence Interested?
