Data Science Manager / Hands on / Team Management / People Management / AI Models / Coding / Insights / Data Visualisation / Statistical and Probabilistic Analysis / Programming / ML / Machine Learning / Python / Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote / £78,000 91,000 + 30% bonus + excellent benefits.One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Data Science Manager.Location Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote (1 day per week in Warwickshire office)Salary £78,000 91,000 + 30% bonus + excellent benefitsYou will lead a high-performing team while staying hands-on, delivering impactful projects, building AI models, coding, and turning data into clear, actionable insights.Demonstrable experience in Data ScienceProven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Data Scientists, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, impactful work.Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills, able to work effectively with end users, peers, and senior leaders.Fluency in Data Science techniquesacross statistics, machine learning, and GenAI.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to build reliable, scalable solutions.Experience working in cloud environmentson Linux and/or Windows platforms (Azure experience is a plus)A strong track record delivering thefull lifecycleof Data Science products and projects.Experience working withinregulated utility environments.Experimental designexperience and a hypothesis-driven mindset.Familiarity withinteractive visualisation tools(Power BI a plus).Knowledge ofGIS tools, such as ArcGISDesirableAny exposure to highly regulated sectors such as utilities / power / energy / electricity / water / gas / nuclear / financial services / telecoms etc.TPBN1_UKTJ
