Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard within a professional kitchen environment
• Work as part of a skilled kitchen brigade in a high-end restaurant/private members’ club
• Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of plates
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of station and equipment
• Collaborate with senior chefs to develop menus and seasonal offerings

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or private members’ club
