Mid and North East Essex Mind is seeking an Employment Specialist to help people with serious mental illness find meaningful, sustainable employment using the IPS model. You will deliver person-centred support in collaboration with employers and health professionals to promote recovery.

The role involves building relationships with employers, delivering tailored action plans, and providing in-work support, with travel around the Tendring area from base Colchester. 37.5 hours per week.
