Amazon IT Support Engineer is based on site, with potential travel to other operational sites internationally. You will troubleshoot issues, support end-user devices, and help maintain the IT infrastructure to keep Amazon’s operations running smoothly.

You will work with both on-site and remote colleagues, design and implement IT projects for site launches, and mentor junior technicians to grow the team’s capabilities.
