Autism & SEN Support Specialist: 1:1 & Group Work

TipTopJob is seeking a Learning Support Worker for our Cranleigh, Surrey Day Centre and Community base. You will specialise in autism and SEN, moving from general care to proactive, developmental support, working 1:1 and in small groups to implement person-centred learning programmes.

You will build independent living skills, foster community and employment integration, and work in a multidisciplinary environment with a values-driven team.
