Trauma-Informed Youth Care Lead (Senior)

Care & Support Services in Cannock is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join the home’s leadership team. You will lead daily shifts, model professional conduct, mentor support workers, and contribute to decision‑making.

You will work closely with the Deputy and Registered Manager on audits and regulatory checks, help implement routines and risk management, and build trusting relationships with young people through therapeutic practice while ensuring placement readiness and compliance.
