We’re looking for curious, digitally native individuals who are ready to take their first step into the world of Digital Marketing. This is a hands‑on apprenticeship where you’ll learn the fundamentals of modern marketing operations while working in a supportive, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Core (Automation & Operations)

  • Build and QA marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages) in Marketo
  • Support campaign workflows and monitor performance
  • Analyse campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions)
  • Recommend improvements through testing (e.g. A/B testing)
  • Troubleshoot issues (deliverability, engagement drops, tracking errors)
  • Continuously improve processes and suggest smarter ways of working
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to keep campaigns on track

Cross‑Functional Experience

  • Design & Content: Support creative briefs and adapt content; Make basic edits in Adobe tools; Manage digital assets in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Marketing Technology: Learn Marketo Engage; Build and deploy campaigns and landing pages; Use tokens and simple scripting for personalised marketing
  • Data & Insights: Pull and interpret reports (GA4, PowerBI, Marketo); Build dashboards and share insights; Provide recommendations to improve performance
  • Social & Channel Marketing: Support planning and scheduling of campaigns; Help measure campaign success; Ensure consistent messaging across channels

Ways of Working

  • Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Aprimo, Asana, and Confluence
  • Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Follow processes, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with data, privacy, and approval processes
