About the company
A high-growth business in the Antrim area are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team, working closely with the Finance Director and wider senior management team. This role involves taking day-to-day oversight of the finance function, overseeing and developing a small team of finance staff. Working closely with Operations and Commercial teams, there is also a strong focus on business partnering and raising the profile of finance across the business. Combined with a clear progression pathway, this is an opportunity not to be missed for an ambitious Qualified Accountant seeking a new opportunity to truly drive their career forward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing the finance team
- Business partnering with commercial teams
- Driving continuous improvement of systems and processes across finance
- Oversight of financial control and reporting
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Cashflow management
- Involvement in various exciting projects as the business continues to expand
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Leadership skills
