About the Job
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…
- Process weekly, monthly payroll
- CIS submissions (full training provided)
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and pension requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Liaise with HMRC and provide payroll support.
Previous experience
- Previous payroll or similar payment processing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice.
- Proficient using computerised payroll/software systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
