About the Job

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…

• Process weekly, monthly payroll
• CIS submissions (full training provided)
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and pension requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Liaise with HMRC and provide payroll support.

Previous experience

• Previous payroll or similar payment processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice.
• Proficient using computerised payroll/software systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
