Regional Care Training Specialist

Barchester Healthcare is looking for an Operational Trainer to ensure that staff at our care homes and mental health hospitals receive the training required for person-centred care. This home-based role will involve traveling across the region to uphold our high training standards.

You will be responsible for delivering training, staff inductions, and analyzing training needs. Candidates should have at least a C&G 7300 or equivalent, along with training and coaching experience in the care sector.
