Complex Care Support Worker – Long Day ShiftsnnLocation: OxfordshirenContract: 0-Hour Contract (Bank – Long Days)nService: Health Now Complex Care BanknnAbout the RolennHealth Now is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our Complex Care Bank in Oxfordshire, specifically for long day shifts.nnYou will be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs within community-based settings, delivering safe, structured, and person-centred care. We have 1:1 and 2:1 packages available across the county, operating 7 days per week.nnThis is a flexible 0-hour bank role, ideal for candidates seeking consistent long day shifts.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * nn Provide specialist support to individuals with complex needs (CAMHS and/or Adult Mental Health)nn * nn Deliver care in line with personalised support plans and risk assessmentsnn * nn Support emotional regulation and behavioural management strategiesnn * nn Use appropriate de-escalation techniques when requirednn * nn Maintain accurate and detailed documentationnn * nn Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomesnn * nn Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and familiesnnEssential Requirementsnn * nn Proven Complex Care experience within CAMHS and/or Adult Mental Health servicesnn * nn In-date PMVA or MAPA trainingnn * nn Full UK driving licence and access to a vehiclenn * nn Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk managementnn * nn Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situationsnn * nn Availability for long day shiftsnnDesirable Skills & Experiencenn * nn Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)nn * nn Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD)nn * nn Previous experience supporting individuals with trauma backgroundsnnWhat We Offernn * nn Long day shifts available across the weeknn * nn 1:1 and 2:1 care packagesnn * nn Flexible 0-hour bank contractnn * nn Ongoing professional supportnn * nn Competitive rates of paynnApply TodaynnFor more information or to apply, please contact:nnHelena
