Legal PA – Structured Finance & Derivatives Key Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Manage complex diary schedules, meetings, calls, lunches, and travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
- Prepare, amend, and produce accurate house-style documents, audio dictation, and document comparisons
- Manage billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses and disbursements, and liaising with the billing team
- Maintain accurate filing systems, including e-filing, archiving, and opening/closing matter files
- Build strong working relationships with fee earners, clients, and client Pas

Legal PA – Structured Finance & Derivatives Skills & Requirements:
n
- n
- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience gained within a law firm
- Superb organisational and secretarial skills, including fast accurate typing
- Billing experience, preferably 3E
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of using BigHand or other similar workflow management tool
