Plant Operator – 4 on/4 off, 6-month contract

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Team Member to operate the plant on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Process Team Manager, you will play a key part in our production journey and support the delivery of daily plans.

The role follows a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern. You will help drive health and safety, continuous improvement, and maintain hygiene and teamwork across the site.
