Customer Care CoordinatornnProperty/ConstructionnnManchester City Centrenn£26,000 – £28,000 per annumnn8:30am – 5pm nnOffice Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy leading Construction company based in Manchester City Centre. We are looking for applicants with experience within either the property or construction sectors.nnDuties will include:nnAnswer customer queries via phone and emailnAppoint works and maintain contractor's diariesnUpdate internal systems and maintain log sheets.nDraft and send letters to customersnUpdate inhouse snagging systemnOrder suppliesnValidate and process timesheets nnWe are looking for:nnPrevious customer service experience, ideally gained within a construction or property environmentnGood IT skills including Word, Excel and OutlooknStrong communication skills including in writingnOrganised with the ability to prioritisenTeam playernAble to work in a fast paced environment nnIf you are interested please send your CV to (url removed) or call the office on (phone number removed) for further information.nnOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
