Marketplace & Product Trading ExecutivennA commercially focused role supporting product performance and marketplace trading execution. Working alongside the Merchandiser and Directors, this role focuses on pricing, product positioning, and conversion improvement, ensuring products perform effectively across marketplace channels.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnBusiness Development & Brand GrowthnnIdentify potential new marketplace opportunities and sales channels.nSupport outreach and relationship building with new partners.nAssist in reviewing commercial terms and promotional opportunities.nContribute ideas to support revenue growth and product performance.nnMarketplace Trading SupportnnSupport trading activity across fashion-focused marketplaces.nMonitor product level performance, conversion, and competitor positioning.nAssist with pricing updates, promotions, and visibility opportunities.nnIdentify underperforming products and highlight opportunities to improve conversion.nnResearch fashion trends and emerging product opportunities.nAssist with supplier communication and product development support.nProvide input into product selection with awareness of pricing and margins.nReview product performance to inform potential new buys or replacements.nnBrand, Customer & Marketplace SupportnnEnsure listings and imagery reflect commercial positioning and brand standards.nMaintain strong presentation and marketplace compliance.nMonitor customer feedback trends and highlight improvement areas.nSupport customer care responses where required.nnKey SkillsnnStrong commercial thinking with focus on product performance.nComfortable working with pricing, positioning, and conversion.nExperience with ecommerce or marketplaces preferred.nConfident communicating with suppliers, partners, and customers.nOrganised, proactive, and detail oriented.nnSkills MatrixnnProduct Performance | Marketplace Trading | Pricing Awareness | Conversion Focus | Listing Optimisation | Commercial Insight | Supplier Coordination | Customer Insight | CollaborationnnBH35895
