They empower homeowners, architects, and businesses with the knowledge, tools, and technology to generate their own sustainable energy – reducing carbon, cutting costs, and creating healthier, more comfortable spaces.nnFrom individual upgrades to full Passivhaus-level projects, we take a whole-system approach – because the best outcomes come from thinking holistically.nnThe Opportunity: Compliance Manager (Operations & Governance)nnThey are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Compliance Manager to join our growing team.nnThis is a pivotal role at the heart of the business – ensuring they meet all regulatory, accreditation, and Health & Safety requirements while supporting operational excellence across the organisation.nnWhat You'll Be DoingnnOverseeing all compliance, regulatory, and accreditation requirements across the businessnManaging key accreditations (e.g. MCS, NICEIC, RECC, CHAS, TrustMark, Gas Safe, FENSA, ICO, REFCOM)nLeading preparation for internal and external audits – ensuring we're always audit-readynMaintaining compliance registers, documentation, and evidence submissionsnActing as the business lead for Health & Safety governance and performancenManaging third-party H&S consultants and ensuring legal compliance across sitesnOverseeing incident, accident, and near-miss reporting, including RIDDOR escalationnHandling escalated customer complaints and driving root-cause resolutionnSupporting grant and scheme compliance (e.g.
Boiler Upgrade Scheme)nWorking cross-functionally with Operations, Technical, HR, and field teamsnProviding training, guidance, and support to colleagues on compliance mattersnDriving continuous improvement across compliance, safety, and operational standards nnWhat You BringnnEssential:nnStrong knowledge of UK compliance and accreditation frameworksnExperience managing audits, accreditations, and regulatory requirementsnHealth & Safety experience (risk assessments, incident investigations, governance)nExcellent organisational and analytical skillsnStrong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersnA proactive, detail-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindsetBonus Points For:nnExperience in renewables, construction, HVAC, or electrical sectorsnNEBOSH / IOSH qualification (or equivalent)nExperience managing escalated complaintsnFamiliarity with GDPR and data governanceWhat You'll GetnnCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)nn25 days holiday + bank holidays (incl.
