Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Ticketing and Sales in maximising revenue from ticket sales.
• Ensure that the audience receives the highest standards of customer care.

Qualifications

• Energetic individual with passion for live theatre.
• Previous experience delivering the highest standards of customer care in a similar environment.
• Experience using a computerized Box Office system desirable but not essential.
• Passion, flexible approach, calmness under pressure required.
