In-Work Mentor: Foster Progress & Up-Skilling

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is seeking an In Work Support Mentor to provide personalised one-to-one mentoring to individuals facing In-Work poverty, helping them upskill and progress within work. You will work with participants to set goals, overcome barriers and maintain records of progress.
