Skills Coach – Supported Internship & Employability

The Royal Mencap Society is seeking a passionate and self-motivated Skills Coach for their Supported Internship programme in Ealing. The role involves supporting learners with mild to moderate learning disabilities to achieve skills for paid employment and delivering tailored support in various ways.

Ideal candidates will have experience in supporting people, delivering against targets, and be prepared to provide evidence of their GCSE English and Maths qualifications. The position offers a salary between £31,319 to £33,824 depending on qualifications and benefits including 32 days of paid holiday.
