This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager willing to step up take the lead in a well-established children’s residential home in Devizes, Wiltshire. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in children’s residential care, strong leadership skills, and the passion to create a safe, nurturing, high-performing environment. As Registered/ Deputy Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day running of a residential home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Lead, motivate, and develop a residential care team to deliver exceptional, child-centred care Oversee and implement tailored care plans that support each child’s individual needs Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) Manage safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement Manage staffing, rotas, and budgets effectively Proven experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager within an EBD residential children’s home Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or working towards it
