Roles/Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Produce and follow up on customer quotations
- Support external Business Development Managers with territory planning and strategy
- Coordinate logistics and organize haulage
- Manage customer queries and expectations
- Process sales orders and maintain CRM accuracy
- Upsell additional products and accessories
- Assist with invoice queries and resolutions
- Build strong relationships with contractors, merchants, architects, and developers
- Act as a key point of contact for an external Business Development Manager
Qualifications
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate commercial awareness
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Previous experience in construction or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
