Operations Manager – Construction / Commercial GlazingnSouth East (office-based (Brighton) with site travel)n£60,000 – £70,000 + bonus + packagennWe’re working with a growing construction contractor delivering commercial glazing, window, door and façade packages across the South East.nnWith a strong pipeline of work and turnover approaching £5m, the business is continuing to scale and is now looking to bring in an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of project delivery and help drive structure, systems and performance across the company.nnThis is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to genuinely shape how operations are run within a growing business.nnThe RolenThis is a hands-on position overseeing multiple live projects from order through to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing programmes, coordinating teams, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.nnYou will take ownership of overall delivery, ensuring projects run on time, efficiently, and to a high standard.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnManaging multiple projects simultaneously (typically £20k–£600k)nCreating and maintaining programmes across all live jobsnOverseeing site activity and installation teamsnCoordinating labour and sequencing across projectsnActing as the main point of contact for main contractors and clientsnEnsuring smooth coordination between survey, design, procurement and deliverynDriving performance, accountability and productivity across teamsnImplementing and improving systems, processes and workflowsnnWhat We’re Looking FornWe’re looking for someone who comes from a structured construction environment and can bring organisation, clarity and control into a growing business.nnExperience as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project ManagernBackground in glazing, façades, windows & doors is ideal, but we will also consider related sectors such as cladding, drylining or main contractingnProven experience managing multiple projects at oncenStrong organisational and planning skillsnConfident communicator, particularly with main contractorsnCommercially aware with a good understanding of programme and cost impactnAble to manage teams and drive performance on sitennWhy Apply?nKey leadership role with real influencenOpportunity to build and shape operations within a growing businessnStrong pipeline of secured worknClear progression and long-term opportunitynnPackagen£60,000 – £70,000 depending on experiencenPerformance-related bonus (OTE £75k+)nCompany vehicle or allowance
