Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor in a growing contact centre!nnAre you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Customer Service Advisor for a Contact Centre in Gateshead!nnAbout the Role:nAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound calls.
Your calm and empathetic approach will help guide customers through their inquiries, ensuring they receive the support they need during critical moments.nn Working Pattern:nnFull-time position with a 6-week rolling rota.nFully on Site for training then hybrid (3 days in office)nShifts will be between 8 AM – 8 PM Monday to Friday, and 9 AM – 5:30 PM on weekends (1 Saturday and 1 Sunday every 6 weeks).Key Responsibilities:nnManage incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions and concerns while updating the system with relevant notes.nEngage in high-quality conversations to prevent avoidable complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.nIdentify complex queries and escalate as necessary to achieve fair outcomes.nProvide clear and efficient responses while adhering to company guidelines.nAccurately update the client database with essential information.nComply with client and regulatory policies and procedures.What You'll Need:nnExcellent written and verbal communication skills.nExperience in a fast-paced environment.nStrong timekeeping skills.nBasic IT skills.nExperience in a customer service environment is a plus!
