Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a Global Professional Services firm with the recruitment of an Office Operations Manager to join their high performing team based in Belfast city centre. The role is full time and permanent and comes with an excellent salary and benefits package. The Client A Global professional services firm known for being a true leader in their field using cutting edge technology to deliver solutions for their clients. The Role The Office Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of the office. This comprises of reception, client meeting room, video conferencing, hospitality and events, day to day building management, facilities management, supplier management, internal office moves, workplace safety, security, business continuity and emergency planning, records management, mail and print room. Overall management and responsibility for the Business Support services (ensuring the quality and delivery of secretarial services are to a high standard, effective, efficient, and meeting the needs of the business. Setting of operational budgets and management of financial spend for Office Operations to align with targets. Coordination and facilitation of operational activities to enable the smooth day-to-day running of the Belfast office and to ensure that high levels of service are provided to all clients, stakeholders and staff. Oversee the implementation of global or regional operations and facilities initiatives. Essential Criteria A proven track record of working as an Office Manager or similar role within a fast-paced professional services environment Previous experience of leading, managing and developing high performing teams. Demonstrated commercial acumen. Package The role is the most senior Business Support position in the business and comes with n excellent salary and benefits package.
