Data Center Ops Technician (2nd Shift)

Rackspace Technology is seeking a Data Centre Operations Technician (L3) to manage IT infrastructure within the data centre, ensuring secure environments and 99.999% uptime. The role supports a 24x7x365 schedule, with 1pm–10pm shifts and rotating weeks between Sun–Thu and Tue–Sat.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and replace hardware, storage, and network components while maintaining professional communication and adherence to security policies.
