Global Head of Risk & Control, 1LoD Leader

London Stock Exchange seeks a senior Head of Risk & Control to lead core first‑line risk processes globally. The role manages a team of 8–10 professionals across the UK, US and Asia, reporting to the 1LOD Head of Regulatory, Risk & Compliance.

You will embed a regulator‑credible risk & control operating model, owning issue management, RCSA and control design end‑to‑end. You will lead HR, governance, MI, and risk culture, ensuring robust controls, escalation, and evidence-based remediation.
