Empowerment Facilitator: Community Inclusion (Part-Time)

Mencap in Sutton is seeking a part-time Community Inclusion Facilitator (20 hours per week) to support adults with learning disabilities through the Sutton Me Time programme.

You will enable people to make decisions, develop and deliver activities, and collaborate with local networks while safeguarding and recording progress. The role offers flexible work from different community locations.
