Consulting Project Manager

Overview

Our Management Consulting client based in London is currently seeking to support a 60-person startup with a technological transformation change to their current antiquated systems. This is a growth-scale programme putting technology at the heart of the Change Management requirement. You will come in at the grassroots level to lead the discovery and identify what needs to change to achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery to determine changes required to support growth targets in a tech-enabled transformation.
• Support change management activities as part of a broader programme to modernise legacy systems.
• Engage with client teams at the grassroots level and work with C-suite and ownership to discuss change requirements.
• Collaborate with the client in London/West London and travel as needed to client sites.
• Work within a start-up retail context, or with retail clients, applying consultancy and project/programme management skills.
• Contribute to shaping the programme plan, governance, and delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• Circa 10 years’ experience in project management programmes from end-to-end.
• Experience of working within a management consulting setting in a change or project management capacity.
• Passionate about helping startups unlock their next growth target.
• Based in London with ability to travel to West London.
• Experience working within a start-up retail business or with retail clients as a consultant.
• Role will be circa 4 days on-site to observe client in action and assess change needs.
• Ability to discuss change requirements with C-suite and ownership.
• Salary circa £110,000–£140,000 based on experience.
• 10% annual bonus.
