Our client are a specialist IT Support and Solutions company who are looking to hire a new 1st/2ndline IT Support Analyst to join their well-established IT team made up of experienced IT Consultants, Technical Engineers & Helpdesk Support Technicians.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide call handling and remote support for issues including PC’s, hardware installations, Microsoft 365, Server maintenance, etc
- Provision of a first-rate technical service to IP’s customers ensuring the company’s standards of excellence are utilised and driving ‘customer delight’.
- Set up new users on systems and create passwords etc.
- Be thefirstpoint of contact for all customers via telephone, e-mail, remotesupportand in person.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Have 2 years’ experience working in an ITsupport providing 1st and 2ndlinesupport
- Have proven experience with Server/365
- Have experiencesupporting Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operations systems
- Any Active Directory experience and knowledge of mobile technologywould be highly beneficial.
- Have knowledge of fibre networks, telephone systems, scripting and AV systems
- Have excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Have a positive attitude, be personable and approachable with an outgoing and flexible personality
