About the role

Join our customer support team in Brighton where you will be the first point of contact providing advice and technical support to our UK customers. Our team are experts in troubleshooting with installers and are hands‑on with our products and technology from day one.

• Provide accurate technical product support to UK installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.
• Handle any sales or returns process requests.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve installation issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with other teams within Paxton to trial and test new products or features.

Our team operates between 07:00 and 19:00, and shifts are scheduled within these hours.
