Responsibilities
- Providing customers with the highest level of experience
- Working to deadlines while delivering quality customer service
- Updating and maintaining customer records on an ongoing basis
- Providing support to sales, field-based and inside sales teams
- Promoting products on call in line with relevant promotional activity
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your message and build trust with customers and colleagues
- Excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver the best customer care experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve common goals
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate
- SAP experience (desirable)
