THE ROLE

An Employment Solicitor 6PQE+ is sought, for a role which offers remote working, with optional occasional office attendance (Central London), part-time, flexible hours
n
This role requires a strong background in employment law, with a particular focus on contentious matters, particularly involving discrimination and equality issues. Experience of advocacy is desirable, but not essential.
n
The practice involves advising a diverse client base, including senior executives and commercial clients across sectors such as transport, marketing, and technology.

THE CANDIDATE
n
With 6pqe+ you should have a proven track record of managing contentious matters, including: drafting and responding to tribunal claims, drafting witness statements and managing disclosure, and advising and liaising directly with clients.
n
Able to hit the ground running you should have excellent communication skills and be confident to attend client meetings and contribute to business development events.
