Assistant Manager responsibilities

• Get the best from your team by leading by example, offering great service, and motivating the people around you.
• Be an expert in communication and be passionate about making every customer visit memorable.
• Act as key support for the General Manager, taking the helm when they are not around and leading on specific business areas.
• Take ownership of problems, demonstrate commercial awareness, and make decisions that drive results.
• Foster a positive working environment that aligns with JWLees values.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and make commercially aware decisions.
• Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic role.
