  • Travel between locations using a company-provided van and fuel card, enjoying the variety that comes with working across different sites.
  • Take ownership of your daily workload, managing your time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues, site teams, clients, and other departments through clear and professional communication.
  • Maintain outstanding levels of cleanliness across offices, kitchens, washrooms, communal areas, and other key spaces.
  • Ensure cleaning consumables and essential supplies such as toilet tissue, soap, and sanitiser are fully stocked and readily available.
  • Lead by example in promoting a safe working environment and ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed.
  • Support the delivery of a professional, reliable, and customer-focused service across all sites.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a cleaning environment is desirable, along with a good understanding of cleaning products, equipment and safe working practices.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience with the ability to motivate and support others.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a confident and approachable manner.
  • The ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to contribute as part of a wider team.

Benefits

  • Mental health & wellbeing support – Employee Assistance Programme providing personal, legal and financial advice
  • 24/7 virtual GP access & lifestyle rewards
  • Exclusive discounts for you and your family
  • Financial wellbeing tools & retirement planning support
  • Cycle to Work scheme & paid volunteering day
