SEMH Behavioural Mentor – School Support Specialist

TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Assistant to work in local secondary schools across KS3–KS4. The role is full-time, term-time only, with daily pay and an immediate start date.

You will support students with SEMH needs, applying de-escalation techniques and mentoring individuals or small groups, helping them stay on task and regulate emotions within a supportive environment.
