Healthcare Secretary & Medical Admin Specialist

Operose Health is recruiting a Medical Secretary at Chelston Hall Surgery in Torquay. The role covers secretarial support for the practice, management of calls, letters, and medical records, with a focus on confidentiality and efficient service delivery.

You will handle the Choose & Book system, e-Referrals, and maintain the secretarial email account, while providing cover for the team and liaising with clinicians and external agencies as needed.
