Administration Officer (Placements) – Immediate start. n n We are currently supporting a client based in Belfast. This role supports the smooth running of student placements and lifelong learning programmes.

You'll help organise placements, manage data, communicate with students and external partners, and ensure everything runs efficiently and on time.n n This is a on-going part time temporary position. nnStudent PlacementsnnSupport the coordination and administration of student placementsnLiaise with external organisations to arrange and manage placementsnKeep accurate records of placements, visits, and assessmentsnProvide guidance to students and staff on placement processesnMonitor placement progress and ensure reports and results are recordednMaintain online content and send communications to studentsnProduce basic reports and support ongoing improvementsLifelong LearningnnSupport the administration of short courses and lifelong learning programmesnManage applications, bookings, and communicationsnKeep course information and records up to datenHelp organise timetables, rooms, and tutor schedulesnTrack attendance and support certificationnProcess invoices and support basic financial administrationnAct as a point of contact for learners and tutorsGeneral DutiesnnFollow data protection and organisational policiesnKeep records accurate and up to datenManage your workload and meet deadlinesnWork as part of a team and support improvementsnHelp with events and other tasks when neededWorking hours: Monday-Thursday(Flexible on the third day) – 8:50am – 17:00pm. n n Pay Rate: £15.12p/h (weekly paid) nnBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
