They offer a broad portfolio of services, including decarbonisation strategies, smart building technologies, and renewable energy systems, supporting projects across the commercial, public, and residential sectors, as well as a range of complementary energy services.nAbout the RolenWe are recruiting for a skilled BMS Project Engineer to deliver Building Management System projects from inception through to completion. Working with leading platforms including Trend, Tridium (Niagara), and Distech Controls, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.nKey Responsibilitiesn * Manage and deliver BMS projects across their full lifecycle, from design through to commissioning and handovern * Design and develop BMS control strategies and system architecturen * Program, configure, and commission systems using Trend, Tridium (Niagara), and Distech platformsn * Produce and review technical documentation including specifications, drawings, and O&M manualsn * Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryn * Conduct site surveys and attend project meetingsn * Oversee installation works and ensure compliance with design and quality standardsn * Diagnose and resolve technical issues during project delivery and commissioning phasesn * Integrate BMS with third-party systems such as HVAC, lighting, and energy management systemsn * Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company proceduresn * Support project planning, resource allocation, and progress reportingnSkills & Experience Requiredn * Proven experience delivering BMS projects using Trend, Tridium/Niagara, and/or Distech Controlsn * Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services engineeringn * Experience in BMS design, programming, and commissioningn * Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorksn * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawingsn * Strong project coordination and organisational skillsn * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesn * Full UK driving licencenDesirable Skillsn * Niagara (N4) certificationn * Manufacturer training/accreditation in Trend or Distech systemsn * Experience in energy optimisation and smart building technologiesn * Electrical or mechanical engineering qualificationnWhat We Offern * Salary 65-70k +n * Company vehicle or car allowancen * Opportunities for career progression and professional developmentn * Exposure to diverse and technically challenging projectsn * Supportive and collaborative working environment
