Our Programme Advisory team specialises in the strategy, set‑up and transformation of major programmes and asset‑owning enterprises within the transport, defence, utilities and power sectors in the UK and internationally.

Qualifications and Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic, talented and proactive individuals to join our Programme Integration team within Programme Advisory. The role requires hands‑on experience working in a major project environment – whether you are a champion of change, a connoisseur of consents or a proficient PM, we would love to hear how you can help us deliver tangible results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables
- Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations
- Manage client relationships
- Identify and realise business development opportunities
- Contribute to the preparation of bid proposals
- Support internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as the development of programme integration products and methodologies
- Mentor and/or manage members of the Programme Advisory team
- Line‑manage junior staff (where applicable)
- Provide strategic consultancy services to clients on logistics and supply chain management
- Support the development and implementation of innovative logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Advise clients on best practices in logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and distribution
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients’ logistics processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement customised logistics solutions
- Support the development of logistics‑related proposals and presentations for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to provide cutting‑edge advice
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations
- Support the development of an integrated ‘best‑in‑class’ Construction / Logistics Delivery Planning service offer
