Impactful Stock Condition Surveyor – Home-Based (SE UK)

Ad Warrior Ltd is looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. This home-based role will involve conducting around 1,000 stock condition surveys annually to ensure housing stock meets standards, while engaging with residents for effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold an HNC or equivalent in construction, have a solid understanding of building lifecycle, and possess strong communication and IT skills. A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered with a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum plus a car allowance.
