Remote Estates & Asset Disposals Manager

Stonegate Group is seeking an Estates Manager to lead the asset disposal strategy across the UK freehold estate, maximise capital receipts, and deliver disposals on time and within budget. The role is home-based with travel to the Solihull office and sites, collaborating with Operations, finance, and external advisers to secure best value.

You will manage legal due diligence, support annual revaluations, write board papers, and drive improvements to our property services.
